We had a very nice welcome besides our late arrival. Communication was easy from the start. We needed help to find the entrance in a back side way and parking at some steps. It's a beautiful house at various levels. The owner and his brother speak English and are open to sharing ideas about what to visit and where to eat, hike, etc. Avanos is a charming city, much less crowded than Göreme and definitely a good choice if you have your own transport. Breakfast was incredible. From bread to fresh vegetables, eggs, honey....

Ali Fuat Bey and Çiğdem Hanım presented a high level of hospitality. The breakfast was various and the room was clean and comfortable. Çiğdem Hanım gave us hints all the time about restaurants, pottery, balloon companies and other things. Thanks to her we secured a place for the balloon journey. We liked staying in Avanos rather then Göreme. The location is just the center and it was so good. We really appreciate their kindness, hospitality, respect and good intention all the time. Strongly recommend the hotel.

We were received in a very friendly, personal way, the owner was exceptionally helpful in all matters. The hotel is central, located in the old town and very quiet. The rooms are very large and comfortable. We enjoyed a traditional breakfast in a simple room. Restaurant recommendations were top. For a day we had the impression of belonging to a larger community in Avanos, thanks to interesting conversations with the owner.

Was amazing experience in the Stone House, was all perfect with rooms and hotel super confortable with the landlord super lovely and the lady working there so nice with the super breakfast she prepare all morning. I can suggest 100% to to go to this hotel for a holiday in Cappadocia

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, hot shower, nice view from terrace (can watch balloons at sunrise). Authentic old stone home, lovely owner (who can share interesting history of home and helpful info about Avanos). Great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

I loved the location in the old city center. Owners are happy to help with anything, and breakfast was amazing.

Can't give 11 therefore only 10. Great location in Avanos old city just opposite to pedestrian bridge, very clean and comfortable room, and the owner who is unbelievably hospitable. He is also a guide so don't hesitate to ask for ideas.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly.We enjoyed the organic breakfast.Ahmed in the restaurant was very friendly.Thorougjly enjoyed our stay in this 150 years old stone house.
